Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: May 25, 2026.

Underbeat is committed to ensuring that underbeat.com is accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology to read web pages.

1. Conformance target

This Site has been designed and built with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in its current guidance under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and by similar accessibility laws in other jurisdictions.

2. Measures we take

To support accessibility, we have done the following on this Site:

3. Known limitations

We aim for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance but are not perfect. If you find a barrier we have not anticipated, please tell us — we will treat it as a priority issue. Areas we re-test most often: the contact form’s success and error states, the “Send another” control after a successful submission, the offices links that open in mapping services, and the dark color palette as it appears in high-contrast operating-system modes.

4. Feedback and requests

If you cannot access part of the Site, want to report a barrier, or need information in a different format, please email info@underbeat.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We aim to respond within five business days. Please include the page URL, a short description of the problem, the device and assistive technology you are using, and any other detail that will help us reproduce what you experienced.

5. Compatibility

This Site is designed to be compatible with the most recent stable versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, in combination with current versions of the major screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, TalkBack on Android). The Site does not require any browser plug-in.

6. Technical standards

This Site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SVG. Where JavaScript fails or is disabled, the content of the page remains readable and the contact details remain reachable via the email links in the footer.

7. Third-party content

Some links on this Site open third-party services (for example, Google Maps for the office addresses). Underbeat does not control the accessibility of those services. If you encounter a barrier on a third-party page reached from this Site, please let us know and we will work with you to find an alternative way to deliver the information.

8. Enforcement and formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate regulator in your jurisdiction. In the United States, complaints about website accessibility can be submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division. In the European Union or the United Kingdom, complaints can be directed to your national accessibility enforcement body. We would, however, appreciate the chance to resolve the issue with you first.

9. Continued improvement

Accessibility is treated as a continuous responsibility, not a one-time audit. We review this statement at least annually and any time a meaningful change is made to the Site.
